Anthony Thai is one of the most knowledgable realtors that I know! We have been working with him on and off in the past. He has been willing to help us look at apartments/homes for rent. He usually will make time for you given at least a few days advance but he definitely is willing to clear his schedule for you if needed. I really appreciate all the help he has given my husband and I on a wide range of things from basic home buying to what to look for in inspections or even how to negotiate with sellers. Every question I have asked him, he has been able to answer upfront if not find out for me in a timely manner.

I will definitely recommend him to anyone! He always offers his assistance if needed. He is also not only OC based but can help with LA county properties too so don't hesitate to make an appointment with him!
